Structure:
Specification of the adhesive tape:
PET release film | 0.1±0.005mm |
The temperature at which viscosity begins to form | 50℃ |
Applicable temperature | 80℃↓ |
Desorption temperature | 25℃↓ |
Feature:
Applicable to the cutting of MLCC ceramic chip capacitors
2. At room temperature, it has no viscosity.
3. The adhesion increases as the temperature rises.
After returning to room temperature, the adhesion is released. The effect becomes more pronounced as the temperature decreases.
Usage method:
①Remove the release film
② Place the membrane on the heating plate and heat it to 55-60℃.
③ Place the product on the membrane and use a rubber roller to roll it back and forth gently for 2 to 3 times.
④ Place the packaged products in a temperature-controlled area ranging from 60 to 90 degrees Celsius for operation.
⑤ After completing the work, place it in the room temperature area to cool down. It can be peeled off when the temperature is below 25℃. Place it at room temperature for the peeling operation.
This tape can be repeatedly heated and used (up to 3-8 times)
